Specially plucked, only fine two leaves and a bud are used. A greenish oolong, this tea is made using old rudimentary methods. It is bruised on bamboo mats and allowed to oxidize till a sweet fruity aroma is emitted. It is then dried to arrest the oxidization and capture the enigmas. The flavor is sweet with a hint of apricot and an aroma of ripe peaches. The infused leaf shows a complexity of colors, green, bronze, and maroon.
